- Exemption under E-Commerce Digital Goods Rules: Once a customized digital report is generated and successfully delivered to your screen or email, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded solely due to subjective interpretation differences or a change of mind.
- Valid Refund Situations: You are 100% entitled to a full refund if:
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a network glitch or double submission.
- Your bank account / card was debited but the order failed to generate in our system.
- The generated PDF report is corrupted, blank, or technically unreadable and our support team cannot reissue a valid copy within 24 hours.

When you book an astrology consultation, a qualified Vedic astrologer exclusively reserves their dedicated time slot to study your horoscope:
- Free Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment at no extra cost up to twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled time slot.
- Cancellations > 24 Hours in Advance: Full 100% refund (less standard payment gateway processing fee of 2% to 3%).
- Cancellations 12 to 24 Hours in Advance: 50% refund or 100% credit toward a future rescheduled session.
- Cancellations < 12 Hours or No-Show: Non-refundable, as the astrologer has prepared your horoscope and cannot assign the reserved slot to another client on short notice.
- Cancellation by AstroLeaf: In the rare event an astrologer is unavailable due to an emergency, you will receive an immediate 100% full refund or priority rescheduling as per your preference.
